Telehealth PT for Cervical Radiculopathy

Telehealth PT for Cervical Radiculopathy

The Self-care for Cervical Radiculopathy video collection, when combined with telehealth physical therapy coaching sessions, is designed to break the faulty loading patterns that serve as the foundation for most Scoliosis pain conditions.

Technology has us spending too much time in collapsed posture. Collapsed upper back posture places you skull in front of your rib cage. Your vestibular system always want to keep the skull level with the horizon (protective mechanism). The end result is severe forward head posture. Forward head posture places all the weight of the head on C5/6 and C6.7. This places you at risk for neck pain and injury. Over time forward head posture progresses into head tilt posture which places you at series risk for injury.

If you have been diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy and are not seeing a rehabilitation specialist for medically supervised treatment, you should. If you are unable to obtain this level of care we have developed a digital physical therapy program to restore your ability to function from healthy neck posture. This establishes a foundation for healthy and safe progression back to a fitness program that will serve your long-term injury management and injury prevention needs.

You will combine bi-weekly telehealth physical therapy coaching sessions with the video library in this program to safely restore your ability to function from neutral spine alignment. A licensed and PT on Demand certified physical therapist will confirm the program is appropriate for your needs and develop an 8 week digital treatment plan that combines bi-weekly telePT with a PT or PTA and the videos in this video library.
